Dewatering is a process of removal of ground water to lowering the water level from the working (construction) site by using pump.
Centrifugal submersible Pumps used for removal of ground water to lowering the water level from the working (construction) site. Pumps are portable type and submerged in water.
1. Construction activities
2. Flooded basements
3. Pre mining activities
4. Hydro power stations
5. Ship and ship yards
6. Tunnel and Trenches.
Portable submersible pumps are light in weight, higher hydraulic and motor efficiency as per requirement of head and discharge.
Portable submersible pumps are trouble free in operation as there is no priming and permanent installation like pump hose, fixed pipe line, foundation etc. refer Installation and maintenance manual for trouble free service operation.
Since these pumps are submersible and portable, which requires no installation except fixing of delivery pipes considering losses if any.
Pumps are lowered with chain or ropes by using lifting hooks/ handles provided in pump.
Electrical connections carried out as per instruction manual depending upon voltage, Frequency, HP (Kw).
These submersible pumps are extensively used to transfer dissolved sludge. Hydraulics of pumps enables to pump suspended solids.
Used where there is dissolved sludge and suspended particles in open drain, connection tanks etc.
The pumps are designed for pumping alkaline liquids as well as to transfer suspended solids in open trench, man holes, municipal Sewers.
Submersible sewage pumps are used for waste water application in STP, ETP Plants.
Submersible open well pumps are that using for pumping water and this pumps are completely submerged in water.
Irrigation, gardening, underground tanks of buildings and bungalows.
To protect the motor against Variation of Voltage and Current. Control panel consists Overload Protection, Single Phasing, Phase reversal, Thermal Protection. Easy to troubleshooting.
